1. The service

CityMyst (citymyst.com) is an urban gaming platform: outdoor escape rooms, scavenger hunts and gamified trails played from your mobile browser, using the device’s camera and location.

2. Your account

Registration with accurate details is required to play. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the activity carried out with your account.

3. Playing in public spaces

Adventures take place in real public spaces. Play carefully: obey traffic rules, respect private property and other people. CityMyst is not liable for accidents or damage arising from careless behaviour during play.

4. Purchases

Some adventures are paid. The price, model and refund policy of each adventure are shown on its page before purchase. Payments are processed through secure gateways (Stripe or Redsys); CityMyst does not store card data.

5. Conduct

Cheating, tampering with the application, spoofing your location or interfering with other players’ games is not allowed. Breaches may result in the removal of scores or of the account.

6. Organiser content

Adventures are created by independent organisers, who are responsible for their content, locations and prizes.
